This is my video impression of the annual Nutanix .NEXT Conference held on October 9th & 10th, 2019. The event was held in the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark. Great location for a even greater event!
I travelled to Copenhagen together with my colleague Martijn Ditmar. Just like me, he is into Nutanix technology and a longtime employee of PQR. Besides that, Martijn is also a Nutanix Technology Champion (‘NTC’) .
On October 8th it was all about the Nutanix Partners, like PQR (my employer), to network and receive partner specific information. Besides that, I especially enjoyed the Hands On Lab sessions that gave me the chance to checkout products such as Nutanix Calm. Calm eliminates the complexity and repetitive nature of resource delivery via comprehensive app-centric automation. Cool stuff!
In the evening there was a closing party in another location near the city center of Copenhagen. This party was also the stage of the annual Partner of the Year Awards ceremony. Partners could win awards in a certain key categories. And guess what, PQR won the award for Partner Project of the Year! And guess what else, the involved project was the one that I am working on. Congrats to all! 🙂
Tomorrow is the actual start of the Nutanix .NEXT Conference open for all attendees. Of course, I will share that via another blog post.
